About the role
- Analyze and synthesize data using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Circana internal tools to develop clear analyses, compelling client-ready materials, and actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to independently conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses that provide clients with fresh, actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Proactively develop analysis approaches, project plans, and client deliverable structures that align to business questions.
- Apply knowledge of the client, marketplace dynamics, and Circana capabilities to support identification of opportunities and contribute to client growth conversations.
- Build trust with clients, Circana cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders, and be viewed as a reliable and collaborative thought partner.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant, progressive experience in marketing, insights, analytics, or related client-facing roles within CPG, market research, marketing services, or closely related industries.
- Hands-on experience analyzing data using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and/or internal analytics tools.
- Experience with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data solutions (e.g., NielsenIQ) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple data sources to address business questions and develop data-driven insights.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
