About the role

  • Collaborate with the Mid-Market team in planning and assisting with specific initiatives to drive client growth and awareness to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support the Mid-Market Team to Achieve Revenue Targets through disciplined pipeline management and supporting the team from an account planning perspective.
  • Partner with Mid-Market Team to assist with building strategic relationships externally with key stakeholders and internally with cross-functional support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in [retail, CPG, or general merchandise] to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Champion Mid-Market Success by streamlining the contracting process.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn and utilize Circana Sales Tools and Platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrate ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy, to grow within the Mid-Market Team.

Requirements

  • A 4-year college degree with a focus on technology, marketing, or adequate business acumen.
  • 2+ years of account management, contract administration, and very detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce (or similar).
