About the role
- Manage dedicated categories item review and placement in Circana’s Unify/UDB platform
- Key point of contact to the client for service-related requests or issues
- Engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables
- Assist Client by providing report creation and editing services
- Assist in providing on-time quality deliverables via OmniMarket Services in Circana’s Unify platform
- Answer general questions regarding the aforementioned applications and tools
- Assemble and coordinate necessary Circana resources to assist in the end-user use of Circana Data
- Work together with cross functional teams to implement change management and new services
Requirements
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple requests/actions needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated problems solving skills
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and welcoming to change
- Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize various computer software, including MS Excel
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Circana data experience a plus (Unify, UDB, Genius Script)
- BA/BS Degree preferred or 3-5 or more years of relevant experience.
