About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted advisor to key leadership teams across multi-site healthcare clients
- Lead seamless onboarding and implementation engagements, adapting our technology to each client's operational realities
- Build trust quickly with CMOs, CNOs, and operations leaders
- Leverage Circadia's predictive analytics to surface insights that matter to your partners
- Own the full post-sales lifecycle
- Bring field intelligence back to the product team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategic account management, or client advisory. Ideally, in healthcare, medtech, or health IT
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site institutional clients or long-cycle B2B engagements
- Executive presence: you communicate with clarity and credibility at every level of an organization
- Consultative instincts: you diagnose before you prescribe, and you back recommendations with data
- Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes engagements and driving them to measurable outcomes
- Willingness to travel ~50% within your region
- Passion for Circadia's mission to transform patient care through intelligent monitoring and automation
