  • Lead seamless onboarding and implementation engagements, adapting our technology to each client's operational realities.
  • Build trust quickly with CMOs, CNOs, and operations leaders — and maintain those relationships through insight, not just service.
  • Leverage Circadia's predictive analytics to surface insights that matter to your partners.
  • Own the full post-sales lifecycle. Develop success strategies that drive adoption, reduce churn risk, and create organic expansion opportunities.
  • Bring field intelligence back to the product team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategic account management, or client advisory. Ideally, in healthcare, medtech, or health IT
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site institutional clients or long-cycle B2B engagements
  • Executive presence: you communicate with clarity and credibility at every level of an organization
  • Consultative instincts: you diagnose before you prescribe, and you back recommendations with data
  • Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes engagements and driving them to measurable outcomes
  • Willingness to travel ~50% within your region
  • Passion for Circadia's mission to transform patient care through intelligent monitoring and automation
