About the role
- Efficiently and effectively manage all services under assigned client account relationships
- Build pivotal relationships, drive and lead significant accounts, manage financial responsibility
- Lead project approach planning and grow the assigned book of business
- Supervise, mentor, and develop client service team members
- Partner with Project Management leads to translate client expectations into scopes of work and financial estimates
- Demonstrate strategic relationship management skills by leading client projects and relationships
- Develop creative/tactical briefs, status reports, and other materials in support of active projects
- Coordinate with third parties as required
- Set clear direction, resolve conflicts, and ensure the team understands projects
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the client service team and quality growth of accounts
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Several years of experience in a client management role, achieving growth in a creative advertising/digital agency
- Strong digital experience, experience in a people management role
- Established success as an Associate Director, Client Success
- Demonstrated understanding of integrated and/or omnichannel campaign asset development
- Experience working on demand generation and lead generation campaigns
- Excellent presentation, communication, judgement, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in industry standard software and systems including Microsoft 365, and experience with applications in CRM, Project Management, and Analytics spaces
- Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, well-organized, team player/working manager
- Desire/ability to learn new methods, techniques, skills, and software as required
