About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- deliver engaging training sessions to new and existing financial professionals and home office associates on the WealthPort trading system
- gather and evaluate participant feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and user experience
- assist in the organization, planning, development, and execution of training programs, materials, software resources, and learning modules
- present live onsite trainings, virtual sessions, and system overviews for financial professionals and internal teams
- troubleshoot trade-related issues and partner with internal teams to resolve questions in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
What you’ll need- entry-to-intermediate industry experience
- active FINRA Series 7 license
- the ability to communicate complex technical or operational concepts in a clear, engaging, and approachable manner
- confident presenting to a variety of audiences
- building strong relationships
- delivering exceptional customer support while balancing training, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational responsibilities
