About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize and manage all aspects of conferences and events, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives and brand standards.
- Lead event logistics including budgeting, venue booking, food and beverage arrangements, audiovisual equipment, décor, and conference materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for attendees and staff.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event-related communications.
- Consult and negotiate with vendors on event-related matters to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting and vendor management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies for events.
