About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Cintra Channel Partners, AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and Partner Solution Architects.
- Develop and execute regional partner engagement plans.
- Act as the primary liaison between Cintra and assigned partners.
- Conduct regular partner business reviews and account planning sessions.
- Generate and develop partner-sourced opportunities across Cintra service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with partner sales teams to identify customer cloud migration, modernization, and optimization opportunities.
- Drive qualified pipeline growth and partner-influenced revenue.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.
- Coordinate joint campaigns, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives.
- Deliver enablement sessions to partner sales and technical teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–8 years of experience in Channel Sales, Cloud Sales, or Partner Business Development.
- Demonstrated experience working with AWS and/or Oracle partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of cloud migration, cloud modernization, managed services, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Proven ability to build pipeline through partner relationships.
- Experience engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Preferred experience in AWS Partner Network (APN) environment.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database, Oracle workloads, and modernization strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and partner management tools.
