Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their HR needs and providing solutions.
Work with clients to assess their HR challenges and suggest practical, effective solutions.
Manage the recruitment process for clients, including job description creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from defining hiring requirements to onboarding new employees.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Able to carry out business operations at a high business level in both Japanese and English
Experience in HR consulting, account management, or a related role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
