Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and the ideal candidate profile to tailor sourcing efforts.
Pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet the basic requirements for the role, and forward the best candidates to recruiters or hiring managers for further assessment.
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining timely communication and setting expectations throughout the sourcing process.

Requirements
Proven experience (min 3-5 years) in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other talent databases.
Excellent research skills and a deep understanding of social media platforms for talent search (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, etc.).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing technologies.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and provide regular updates on sourcing efforts.
