About the role
- Lead day-to-day delivery of the Cybersecurity Technical and Analytical Services (CTAS) task order—own performance, cost, schedule, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across all tasks and subtasks
- Stand up and execute a Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) covering Transition-In, Startup, Schedule Management, Subcontractor Management, Quality Control, Issue Escalation, Risk Management, Transition-Out, and Closeout
- Maintain project performance/status reporting; manage monthly CPR content and meetings; ensure metrics, risk/issue tracking, personnel changes, and staffing levels are reported
- Provide weekly status to the COR and deliver Weekly Cybersecurity Situational Status Reports (WSR) and/or Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) per PWS cadence
- Orchestrate Transition-In with day-1 onboarding of key personnel, achieve 50% staffing by week 2 and 100% by day 30; develop the Transition Implementation Plan (TIP)
- Serve as primary interface to Government stakeholders (KO/COR/PM/ISSM), coordinating priorities, decisions, risks, and escalations
- Maintain continuous coverage of the PM role and manage Government approval process for any replacement candidates
- Ensure team compliance with DISA security requirements; manage access for SECRET open-storage facilities, SCIFs, TS/SCI, YLAN/JWICS, COMSEC, and NIPRNet privileged access
- Prepare and deliver deliverables owned by the PM: draft and final TOMP, monthly CPRs, weekly/bi-monthly reports, draft and final TIP, and Transition-Out/closeout artifacts per PWS
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics
- PMP (or equivalent) required
- 10+ years performing the PM duties cited in the PWS
- Experience managing performance, cost, and schedule
- Experience organizing/planning/directing contractor support and supervising task order personnel
- Experience maintaining performance/status reporting and consolidated repository/dashboard for artifacts and deliverables
- Experience interfacing continuously with Government stakeholders (KO/COR/PM/ISSM)
- Ability to develop and execute Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) and Transition Implementation Plan (TIP)
- Must maintain continuous coverage of the PM role and coordinate Government approval for replacements
- Daily work requires SECRET (minimum) with recurring work up to TS/SCI in Government facilities/SCIFs
- Access/ability to handle YLAN/JWICS, NIPRNet privileged access, and COMSEC as required by tasks
