About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational support for online research projects across multiple regions and time zones
  • Ensure continuity of service outside regional business hours
  • Support project delivery by responding to client and internal requests
  • Troubleshoot project-related issues and monitor project health
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely resolution of urgent requests
  • Help maintain a seamless client experience by providing prompt communication
  • Support project continuity during regional handoffs and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Note: opportunity will require working US CST shifts and weekends, with two days off provided.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience with proven ability to manage multiple online market research complex projects under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Strong work ethic with self-motivated mindset and drive to achieve goals
  • Ability to get on a call with the client and handle yourself professionally and competently
  • Detail oriented, self-starter who is eager to learn new skills and concepts
  • An innate sense of accountability, ability to provide proactive and thoughtful feedback
  • Top quality and ability in written and oral communication in English, additional languages are highly beneficial
  • High speed Internet connection to be able to communicate and conduct business worldwide.
