About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the BI strategy
Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, and others
Define and operationalize enterprise KPIs and executive-level dashboards
Oversee the evolution of our modern cloud data stack
Unify enterprise data models across the organization
Maintain ownership of data cataloging, quality, and governance standards
Establish rigorous data quality, observability, and reliability standards
Own vendor relationships and the BI budget
Oversee and ensure timely delivery of month-end data
Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics
Lead the transition to modern BI tools
Lead organizational change management and data literacy initiatives
Lead and mentor a global team of engineer and analyst professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Skilled at leading distributed, high-performing teams through organizational change
Proven track record of leading global BI functions within technology companies
Deep understanding of modern data stacks, specifically Databricks
Experience leading teams through organizational change
Exceptional ability to translate complex data infrastructure concepts into clear business value for non-technical senior leadership
Experience managing remote/distributed teams across multiple time zones
Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, CS, Data Science) or equivalent professional experience
