Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Cint’s AI Transformation Office and own the strategy, roadmap and operating model for embedding AI into the way Cint works
Focus on measurable business value: better workflows, faster cycle times, improved quality, stronger productivity, clearer governance
Own and maintain Cint’s enterprise AI transformation strategy and roadmap, aligned to business priorities
Manage the enterprise AI transformation portfolio and value framework
Define success measures, track impact and ensure AI initiatives create measurable operating change
Own the executive narrative for enterprise AI transformation and report to key stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience driving large-scale tech or operational transformations
Experience in AI-native companies or organizations recognized as early, aggressive adopters of AI
High Literacy Mandatory: Deep, practical understanding of how AI works, its terminology, and its architectural ecosystem
Hands-on Experimentation: Experience building prompts, developing skills, or deploying AI agents
Strategic Tech Fluency: Ability to partner with deeply technical leaders
Seamless comfort working in modern tech environments (e.g., GSuite, Slack)
