Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, programme delivery, consulting, AI transformation, SaaS operations or a similar field.
- Strong ability to understand, map and improve business workflows or operating practices.
- Experience turning ambiguous business problems into clear opportunities, plans and outcomes.
- Comfort working across business, technology, data, automation, legal, risk or compliance stakeholders.
- Practical understanding of AI tools, automation, workflow tooling or digital transformation.
- Good delivery discipline without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Commercial judgement and a clear link between workflow change and business value.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, digital platforms, consulting or high-growth global businesses is strongly preferred.
