About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage relationships with customers to drive integration health and growth
- Understand customers' internal structures and business needs
- Provide technical guidance during integration life cycle
- Collaborate with account team members to plan and grow customer accounts
- Analyze integration performance and recommend improvements
- Investigate and resolve customer issues timely
- Understand the industries Cint and customers operate in
- Manage time efficiently while working independently from home
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical experience relating to APIs and platform-to-platform integrations
- Ability to focus on large amounts of data daily
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator and flexible team player
- Proficiency in MS-Office products
- Detail-oriented and thorough in communication and analysis
- Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies and systems
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident in speaking and writing in English.
