Lead the technical evolution of our data platform
Own the design and implementation of our Databricks Lakehouse
Drive the migration of complex legacy SQL into governed pipelines
Serve as the resident query performance expert
Govern our Databricks compute footprint
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Architect the semantic layer in Omni
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in Data Engineering or Data Architecture
Deep, hands-on experience in the Databricks ecosystem
Expert-level SQL and distributed computing skills
Experience in query optimization and data platform migration
Proven experience building data transformation workflows
Strong command of dimensional modeling
Hands-on Unity Catalog experience
Fluency with Delta Lake internals
Hands-on experience with modern BI semantic layers
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows
