About the role

  • Reporting directly to the Group Treasury Director
  • Enhance financial efficiency and manage risk across the organisation
  • Work closely with global finance teams, central functions, and departmental managers
  • Manage daily cash management and liquidity
  • Identify exposures and mitigate financial risks
  • Build models and optimise system functionality
  • Support a range of projects aimed at improving working capital, reporting cycle, and cash management
  • Manage a Treasury Analyst, who will support across responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or numerical/quantitative field
  • A qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or part-qualified Finalist
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, with an interest in Treasury
  • Managerial or team leadership experience will be beneficial
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and entity dynamics
  • Experience in financial forecasting, reporting, and building robust financial models
  • Highly self-motivated with good organisational skills
  • A team player who builds strong working relationships
  • Continuous improvement mindset geared toward improving systems and processes
  • Advanced spreadsheet and financial modelling skills. VBA programming, Power BI, Oracle NetSuite all highly desirable
