About the role

  • Define and update the company's compensation policies, ensuring alignment with market practices.
  • Prepare sizing studies for the job and salary structure, including simulations of changes and their impacts on personnel costs to support management.
  • Conduct salary analyses related to the job structure, providing inputs for succession planning and performance cycles.
  • Participate in and monitor short- and long-term reward and recognition program initiatives.
  • Implement internal controls for the area and respond to internal and external audit requests.
  • Lead projects related to Compensation.
  • Develop and manage area KPIs, such as adherence to budget and planned headcount.
  • Manage and approve vacancies, ensuring capacity planning for the operations team.
  • Validate and monitor merit increases, promotions, transfers, and employee movements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics and/or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Compensation-focused activities.
  • Experience preparing personnel/staffing budgets.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical profile with experience managing performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with the Senior HR system (a plus).
  • Knowledge of job and salary methodologies.
  • Proactive attitude.
