About the role

  • Support management with indicators relevant to the development of new products;
  • Maintain direct contact with customers, managing PPAP documentation for new products, product updates, and deviation requests;
  • Participate in follow-up meetings on factory activities, providing information relevant to the Engineering department;
  • Provide technical support to other departments on technical and commercial matters;
  • Keep instructions and procedures related to Product Engineering up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Production, or related fields;
  • Intermediate English (able to read and write emails and documents);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of APQP methodology and PPAP;
  • Preferred: knowledge of manufacturing processes and metrology.
