About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and proactively approach medical practices and outpatient care facilities
- Active outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and assess customer needs
- Build trust and initiate relationships at decision-maker level
- Schedule and prepare high-quality initial meetings
- Work closely with Sales to advance opportunities
- Maintain and organize the pipeline in the CRM system (Zoho)
- Continuously improve outreach, messaging and target segmentation
- Actively help shape a scalable outbound setup
- You don’t just generate contacts—you create real sales opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in sales, business development or a comparable role
- Clear motivation for outbound work and direct customer contact
- High energy, discipline and results orientation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to generate interest quickly
- Structured and independent way of working
- Interest in healthcare and digital solutions
- Excellent German language skills; English skills are a plus
- Nice-to-have: experience in SaaS or software sales
- Experience in the outpatient healthcare market
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
