About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and proactively approach medical practices and outpatient care facilities
  • Active outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs
  • Build trust and initiate relationships at decision-maker level
  • Schedule and prepare high-quality initial meetings
  • Work closely with Sales to advance opportunities
  • Maintain and organize the pipeline in the CRM system (Zoho)
  • Continuously improve outreach, messaging and target segmentation
  • Actively help shape a scalable outbound setup
  • You don’t just generate contacts—you create real sales opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in sales, business development or a comparable role
  • Clear motivation for outbound work and direct customer contact
  • High energy, discipline and results orientation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to generate interest quickly
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Interest in healthcare and digital solutions
  • Excellent German language skills; English skills are a plus
  • Nice-to-have: experience in SaaS or software sales
  • Experience in the outpatient healthcare market
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
