About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and structure individual product areas and prioritize them together with the team.
Independently manage internal projects around new modules and features and drive them to completion.
Clearly formulate requirements and accompany them through the development process.
Engage directly with customers, test new features with them, gather feedback, and feed insights back into the team.
Keep an overview of our product and ensure the right things are launched at the right time.
Act as a bridge between development, data analysts, sales and customers – both internally and externally.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial professional experience in product, project or operations management, ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
Basic technical understanding – you don’t need to code yourself, but you understand what developers are talking about and can grasp technical contexts
Experience with or a strong interest in BI, data or workflow tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
Structured, independent way of working and enjoyment in keeping many balls in the air at once
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
Very good written and spoken German and English.
