About the role

  • Prepare complex topics and present them in a clear, understandable way for our customers
  • Maintain direct customer contact, advise customers and implement customer requirements directly
  • Create dashboards, reports and workflows
  • Contribute ideas for the further development of our software
  • Integrate, validate and optimize data
  • Collaborate within the team on standard solutions for the healthcare market

Requirements

  • Completed degree and/or initial professional experience in a commercial or IT-related field
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience with BI solutions such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
  • Strong affinity for data and the ability to understand complex datasets and visualize them attractively
  • Independent work style and motivation to continually improve the product
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
