About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
Liaise with customers across various revenue streams to send invoices and follow-ups.
Responsible for an account with expertise in Accounts Receivable, accruals & recons.
Work cross-functionally to ensure appropriate revenue recognition, accrual, and amortization of expenses.
Perform account analysis and complex reconciliations.
Independently identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Support variance analysis and ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
Active involvement in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process.
Drive process improvement and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of general accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
Experience with Accounts Receivable processes is a PLUS
CPA designation is a PLUS
Experience with NetSuite is a PLUS
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
