About the role
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for 8 O&O DTC brands and various channels
- Directly own and lead GTM planning for 100+ annual titles for streaming releases
- Manage daily workload distribution, QA processes, and performance standards
- Build structured onboarding programs and hands-on coaching to elevate talent
- Serve as the primary marketing lead for 70+ platform partners
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in marketing
- Deep expertise in streaming, digital media, and entertainment
- Proven track record leading growth across owned and partner streaming platforms
- Experience managing and developing global teams
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, platform merchandising, ASO, CRM, performance marketing, and owned media
- Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, forecasting, and ROI optimization
- Experience leading GTM planning for high-volume content pipelines
- MBA or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising or communications
