Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of digital manufacturing projects
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, successful outcomes
Coordinate activities across IT, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
Collaborate with technical experts on the design, deployment, and integration of cloud, automation, and data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, MES, SCADA, IoT)
Drive risk assessments, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide status reporting, stakeholder communication, and issue escalation as needed
Ensure projects align with client requirements, industry standards, and best practices in regulated environments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (required)
Project Management experience in IT/OT, digital manufacturing, or system integration projects
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices preferred)
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), industrial automation, MES, SCADA, IoT systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Work authorization: currently legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in Puerto Rico; visa sponsorship not available
Preferred: PMP or equivalent; familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, GxP); experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
