About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate day-to-day telehealth operations for Cincinnati Children's Digital Care & Telehealth services
  • Monitor telehealth services and respond to situations affecting daily operations
  • Manage vendor support tickets and facilitate timely issue resolution
  • Facilitate internal meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Teams channels and collaboration spaces
  • Support Phase 2 initiatives and straightforward telehealth launches after training
  • Serve as an internal resource and liaison to staff, physicians/faculty, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate governance activities for new telehealth use cases
  • Conduct call monitoring for digital care services
  • Provide operational support for established telehealth use cases, escalating enhancement requests when appropriate
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuity of service
  • Serve as a training resource for telehealth providers and staff
  • Identify educational and training needs and recommend solutions
  • Maintain documentation
  • Communicate and collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor partners
  • Support Digital Care operations and products, including video visits, asynchronous care, agentic AI, and emerging virtual care technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 0+ years of experience in a related job discipline
  • Experience coordinating projects, meetings, or operational initiatives in a collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with vendor management and ticketing or service management systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms
  • Experience creating or maintaining documentation, knowledge articles, or standard operating procedures
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong customer service skills supporting clinical, operational, or technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations or clinical workflows
  • Experience supporting virtual meeting platforms, collaboration tools, or Digital Care technologies
  • Experience supporting telehealth, digital health, or healthcare technology solutions
  • Competence in video conferencing
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Ability to work onsite at least one day per week
