Work on projects and tasks to help maintain and advance artificial Intelligence and machine learning at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
Assure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of CCHMC’s artificial Intelligence and machine learning.
Develop custom ML models (Python, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Work with Azure Fabric (Delta) Lakehouse data analytics and Epic Cognitive Computing models.
Perform AI/ML operations including model monitoring.
Gain exposure to governance, policy, disaster recovery, and HIPAA compliance in relation to AI/ML.
Learn daily routines of healthcare/research investigators and foster career interests in healthcare/research.
Complete required training, comply with patient rights and confidentiality policies, and adhere to department/unit Core Standards.
Requirements
Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting college program.
Ideal candidate pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar field.
Experience or coursework in AI/ML development (Python, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Familiarity with Azure Fabric (Delta) Lakehouse data analytics.
Familiarity with Epic Cognitive Computing models.
Understanding of model monitoring and AI/ML operations.
Exposure to HIPAA and its relationship with AI/ML.
Must complete Cincinnati Children's training required for the position.
Adherence to safe work practices and Core Standards as defined organizationally and within the department/unit.
