About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create an exceptional and welcoming experience for candidates
  • Address concerns promptly to maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Produce curated and customized content for each candidate

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
  • Exquisite attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Cultural sensitivity and humility
  • Prior experience in high-touch recruitment, concierge services, or executive search
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing needs and schedules
  • Professionalism as a representative of the organization
