- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to Business Systems Analysts
- Facilitate change management across enterprise business systems
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure outstanding end-user support is provided
- Promote collaboration and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Demonstrated leadership in Quality Assurance efforts aligned with established methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Deep understanding of enterprise ecosystems
- Proven hands-on experience supporting Finance and Accounting functions
- Practical experience working within Supply Chain environments.
