About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle inbound leads generated through various marketing channels, website inquiries, SDR’s, and phone calls.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the goals and requirements of potential customers.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Real Geeks' products and services to potential customers.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions tailored to the unique needs of each customer, emphasizing the benefits and ROI.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads.
  • Guide leads through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns and overcoming objections to close deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns' effectiveness.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of closed deals to the customer success team for onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in software sales or real estate technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong customer orientation and empathy, with a genuine desire to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline, qualify leads, and close deals.
  • Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot) and other sales productivity tools.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
