Human Resources

• Provide general support and project management for our Global HR People Operations team
• Provide local human resources support, including supporting employee relations, payroll, compliance, training & facilitation, company events, benefits, advising with management, on/off boarding
• Supports talent acquisition, including the recruitment process, finalization of job descriptions, reviews and sourcing of applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking candidate references and in-country vetting processes, and collecting new hire documents.
• Responsible for the onboarding and orientation of newly employed staff.
• Responsible for staying up to date on local labor laws to ensure HR compliance
• Responsible for drafting employment agreements according to local labor laws, including registering agreements with required institutions if applicable
• Manages local benefits enrollment and ensures all inquiries and challenges employees face regarding their insurance are handled in a timely manner
• Provides information and advice to local staff regarding HR policies and procedures
• Receives and logs various grievances or complaints from employees and handles appropriately
• Provides oversight on updating personnel files and other related HR documents, including employment agreements, amendments, timesheets, calendar holidays, and leaves.
• Drive employee payroll process, including ensuring individual employees submit timesheets on time and reconcile with information on leaves and holidays taken.
• Serve as the point person for our local office, duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, IT Equipment, Bills, Shopping
• Oversee office related contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease and ensure related invoices are paid on time
• Provide general support to visitors
• Participate in our regional events team(s) and support planning of in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

Assistant Manager, HR – Administration

• Use AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code) daily to accelerate test authoring, script generation, and coverage analysis across Cin7 Core.
• Design, build, and maintain robust TypeScript-based automated test frameworks covering UI, API, and integration layers.
• Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of AI-driven QA practices — including AI-assisted test case generation, intelligent defect triage, and self-healing selectors.
• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy for new features, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and DevOps from requirements through release.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines on Microsoft Azure DevOps, ensuring fast, reliable feedback loops.
• Conduct thorough exploratory and regression testing on complex, interconnected Cin7 Core modules (inventory, orders, integrations, APIs).
• Review pull requests and technical specifications to identify testability gaps and quality risks early.
• Author and maintain test cases in Zephyr Scale; track, report, and follow up on defects in Jira with clear, actionable detail.
• Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers; run knowledge-sharing sessions on TypeScript automation patterns and AI tooling.
• Produce clear quality reports and dashboards for QA management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Senior QA Engineer – Automation, AI

Operations

• Own and optimize Cin7’s inbound growth engine across paid media, web, lifecycle, AI engagement, and conversion pathways.
• Drive pipeline creation and funnel efficiency across the customer journey.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Business Operations, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to improve revenue outcomes.
• Build scalable growth programs aligned to company revenue goals and GTM priorities.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled marketing workflows, automation, and experimentation across the marketing organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve speed, personalization, conversion, and operational efficiency using AI tools and systems.
• Drive modern SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI search visibility, and content optimization strategies.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies across the marketing ecosystem.
• Own and evolve the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, analytics platforms, routing systems, and AI engagement tools.
• Ensure scalable lead management, routing, attribution, lifecycle automation, and reporting processes.
• Partner with Business Operations to maintain data integrity and improve funnel visibility across Marketing and Sales.
• Build and maintain executive-level reporting, forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks.
