About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the sales team with their needs;
- Conduct client prospecting (via telemarketing, market research, satisfaction surveys, toll-free line (0800), and web);
- Receive and handle emails from leads and the sales department's inbox;
- Distribute leads according to the sales-rep distribution rules;
- Manage referrals of new clients from internal and external communities, providing appropriate follow-up;
- Monitor the "client reservation" status to keep reserved those who have negotiation potential;
- Track the progress of negotiations with reserved clients using the CRM;
- Register clients in the system and keep their information up to date;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Social Communication;
- Knowledge of Sales Engagement platforms, CRM, and ERP systems is a plus; as well as sales and negotiation techniques.
