About the role

  • Analyze requirements gathering and systems analysis to understand what needs to be done, applying the best programming strategy as determined by the Business Analyst and Systems Analyst, respectively;
  • Code according to the CIGAM Development Standard (PDC);
  • Assist in creating test case automation;
  • Test the functionality of programs involved in system changes;
  • Document system changes in accordance with MDC requirements;
  • Interpret program flowcharts;
  • Diagnose problems and define temporary or permanent solutions in line with current treatment policies;
  • Maintain the source code and perform code reviews;
  • Assist in building teams within the Product and Support areas; support and/or deliver training (virtual and/or in-person) for CIGAM Network partners and internal teams;
  • Assist in identifying and directing solution paths and/or alternatives for any issues involving the CIGAM ERP (Functions, Business Rules, Development, Implementation, Sales).

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience with:
  • Web development using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3
  • Microsoft .NET Framework
  • Windows Forms applications with Microsoft .NET Framework
  • Class Libraries (Class Library) with Microsoft .NET Framework
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with Microsoft .NET
  • Oracle and SQL Server databases (queries and PL/SQL and T-SQL development)
