Key responsibilities & impact

Drive evidence-based workforce decisions through advanced people analytics and strategic advisory
Partner with HR and business leaders to translate workforce data into actionable insights
Shape workforce strategy through analysis and clear communication
Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on workforce-related decisions and challenges
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities
Present insights and recommendations to senior HR and business leaders
Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce transformation initiatives
Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and data engineering teams to ensure workforce data reliability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience using workforce or people data to support business, talent, or workforce decisions
Demonstrated ability to translate analysis into recommendations, strategic implications, and business action
Experience working directly with senior leaders and influencing decisions through data-driven insights
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable recommendations
Solid technical foundation in analytics, data visualization, and data interpretation
Working proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, DAX, Dataiku, or similar analytics platforms
