About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the extended operations team across all product lifecycle phases, including research and development (R&D), new product introduction (NPI), sustaining operations, and end of life (EOL)
Partner cross‑functionally with product engineering, capacity planning, test engineering, and other stakeholders to improve yield, cost, and supply assurance
Define and execute global supply chain strategies that deliver cost‑optimized, reliable products aligned with business and customer commitments
Drive contract manufacturers (CMs) to achieve output plans by resolving constraints related to capacity, yield, quality, and Clear to Build (CTB) readiness
Establish and manage safety stock strategies and escalate material risks to Global Commodity Management (GCM) partners to mitigate supply disruptions
Generate manufacturing plans and ensure supplier readiness to support new product ramps and sustained volume production
Measure supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead mitigation strategies to minimize customer impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management within a global, multi‑site environment
Demonstrated expertise in supply planning, manufacturing operations, and supplier management
Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and collaborating with product engineering teams
Working knowledge of telecommunications technologies and hardware‑based product lifecycles
Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional and virtual teams without direct authority
Strong problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environments
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
