Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to inventory levels, movements, and discrepancies.
Support the development and implementation of inventory optimization strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and finance, to ensure accurate inventory records.
Participate in inventory reconciliation processes and investigate root causes of variances.
Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key inventory performance indicators.
Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives within the inventory department.
Perform other duties as assigned to support inventory management functions.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience with inventory management systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an asset.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
