About the role

  • Collaborate with the End User Support and Legal Application Support teams to manage day-to-day DocuSign Insight issues using ServiceNow
  • Assign appropriate roles and security profiles to users, ensuring system access aligns with responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets as Level 2 support for DocuSign Insight-related issues
  • Report and resolve system performance issues and product bugs by working closely with vendor support teams
  • Test software upgrades and releases from DocuSign to ensure seamless implementation
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance the product and internal workflows
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Programming experience in Java or C#
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel
  • Solid understanding of software development and UI/UX principles
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tools or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with DocuSign products or other contract lifecycle management tools
