About the role

Perform application administration tasks, including installations, connectivity, configuration, upgrades, and patching across cloud and SaaS platforms.
Monitor platform health, track SLAs, and resolve issues in collaboration with senior team members.
Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enable “shift-left” operational models.
Document processes, create knowledge base articles, and develop self-service capabilities for internal users.
Contribute to cost optimization efforts, performance tuning, audit activities, and disaster recovery testing.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and governance teams to ensure compliance and reliability.
Stay informed about rapid technical changes and emerging trends in enterprise data platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Basic scripting skills (Python preferred).
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work across multiple technical domains.
Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Exposure to data/analytics platforms like Snowflake, BI tools, or ETL platforms.
Awareness of monitoring tools, automation concepts, CI/CD practices, or DevOps workflows.
