About the role

  • Perform application administration tasks, including installations, connectivity, configuration, upgrades, and patching across cloud and SaaS platforms.
  • Monitor platform health, track SLAs, and resolve issues in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enable “shift-left” operational models.
  • Document processes, create knowledge base articles, and develop self-service capabilities for internal users.
  • Contribute to cost optimization efforts, performance tuning, audit activities, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and governance teams to ensure compliance and reliability.
  • Stay informed about rapid technical changes and emerging trends in enterprise data platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work across multiple technical domains.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Exposure to data/analytics platforms like Snowflake, BI tools, or ETL platforms.
  • Awareness of monitoring tools, automation concepts, CI/CD practices, or DevOps workflows.
