About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market data and search recommendations
  • Review applicants in the Applicant Tracking System and evaluate qualifications against position requirements
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing or sourcing plans
  • Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, networking sites, Boolean searches, referrals, and talent communities
  • Connect with talent communities through phone, email, and social media
  • Articulate the client value proposition to interested candidates
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and explain logistics, schedules, attire, and expectations
  • Provide timely application and interview status updates
  • Draft and use phone interview templates
  • Compare interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements to assess candidate fit
  • Issue and evaluate skills testing and review background and reference information when required
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines
  • Present offers, drive acceptance, and negotiate counter-offers as appropriate
  • Deliver a strong candidate slate and continuously build talent pipelines
  • Provide regular recruiting activity reports and metrics to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership
  • Identify search difficulties and recommend solutions to stakeholders
  • Communicate search status proactively and provide consultative recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience recruiting for blue-collar or manufacturing positions for MX
  • Proficiency in English
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of two or more years’ recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
  • Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and all other compliance standards set forth)
