Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals
Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards
Review and process applications across platforms in a timely manner
Use online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to identify and attract specialized candidates
Build and maintain talent communities for current and future hiring needs
Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels
Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Review resumes and pre-screen candidates before presenting them to hiring teams
Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and advise on sourcing and hiring strategies
Promote the employer brand and career growth opportunities to potential candidates
Maintain accurate candidate interaction and sourcing records using ATS and other tools
Stay current with sourcing tools, techniques, and industry best practices
Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups
Identify process improvements and suggest ways to enhance recruitment efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience supporting the US market
Experience sourcing for pharmaceutical sales, research & development (R&D), or life sciences is preferred
Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus
High School diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred
Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training
Three years of experience in sourcing or recruiting required
Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry, industries, or markets required
Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong research and market analysis skills
Ability to handle candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations
Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle niche recruitment requirements
Ability to address sourcing challenges creatively
Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies
Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
