Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and attract top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise for niche positions
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals
Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards
Review and process applications across platforms in a timely manner
Use online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing to source candidates
Cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs
Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels
Conduct and present regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Pre-screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and advise on sourcing and hiring strategies
Promote the employer brand and career growth opportunities
Maintain accurate candidate interaction and sourcing records using ATS and other tools
Stay current with sourcing tools, techniques, and industry best practices
Foster diversity and inclusion through sourcing efforts
Identify process improvements and suggest innovative recruitment-efficiency solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of sourcing experience recruiting for the U.S. market
Experience preferably within consumer goods or manufacturing industries
Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
High School diploma required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training required
Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required
Three years of sourcing or recruiting experience required
Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in a particular industry, industries, market, or markets
Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong research and market analysis skills
Ability to handle candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations
Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle niche recruitment requirements
Ability to address sourcing challenges creatively and find innovative solutions
Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies
Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
