About the role
- Deliver quality consulting and support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- Focus on designing and building integrations to support projects and external clients
- Includes configuration and testing across multiple platforms and systems (Workday, Paradox, SmartRecruiters, etc.)
- Provide integration and technology consulting on cloud-based technology solutions
- Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and role, while promoting industry best practices
- Deliver high quality technology outcomes and maintain high client satisfaction
- Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues
Requirements
- 2 years of technical integration experience across multiple systems
- Familiarity with Workday is required
- Familiarity with SmartRecruiters is preferred
- Fluent English is required
- Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services
- Experience with either Workato or Jitterbit
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, with Python being the most used
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Web application build and deployment experience
