Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions, ensuring system optimization and alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in Workday configuration, implementation, and support
(Workday Paradox Certification Required) or Workday Recruitment Certification
A minimum of 2 years of relevant Workday implementation experience in a client-facing role.
Proficiency in configuring at least one or more Workday HCM or Finance module(s) (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Financial Management, Recruiting, etc.)
Experience with all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment).
Experience with Workday tools such as Report Writer, calculated fields, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors with a strong working knowledge of web services and the Workday security framework.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
