About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing talent acquisition delivery for a strategic client partnership
- Leading a team of recruiters
- Driving recruitment excellence and influencing business outcomes
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Conducting regular 1-1s, team meetings, and performance reviews

- Overseeing P&L management and Cielo-specific reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in talent acquisition or HR
- Experience coaching peers or managing teams
- Knowledge of recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or related field (preferred)
- Japanese: Native level or equivalent professional proficiency (JLPT N1 level)
- English: Business‑level proficiency
