About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
- Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
- Pharmaceutical R&D experience required
- Self starters and naturally curious
- Consulting skills and ability to drive process
- Knowledge of OFCCP (US)
- Experience sourcing with various tools
