Key responsibilities & impact

Identifying and engaging potential candidates for various job openings
Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts
Utilizing various sourcing methods to attract candidates
Initiating communication with prospective candidates
Evaluating candidate qualifications through initial interviews
Maintaining accurate candidate data in ATS
Supporting recruiters on sourcing related administrative tasks
Promoting the employer brand to potential candidates
Coordinating feedback and facilitating the recruitment process
Actively seeking and engaging with candidates from diverse backgrounds
Identifying areas for process improvement in talent sourcing function

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 3 years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in pharma industry
Proficiency in English
High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field is preferred
1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent administration is required
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is required
Proficiency in using various sourcing methods, such as basic Boolean search
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
