About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Vietnam)
Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and timelines
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies , including direct sourcing of passive candidates
Manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Screen and assess candidates against job requirements and ensure strong candidate pipelines
Coordinate and manage the full interview process
Partner with hiring managers on hiring decisions and offer recommendations
Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide timely communication throughout the process
Deliver hiring outcomes in line with agreed service levels (e.g., time-to-fill targets)
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, typically gained over approximately 3 years or more
Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Strong direct sourcing capability, with the ability to proactively identify and engage candidates
Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, industrial) would be advantageous
Ability to work independently while managing stakeholder relationships across multiple locations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at different levels
Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regional environments
Background in agency recruitment or similar fast-paced environments
Exposure to recruitment in China or Mandarin-speaking markets
Familiarity with sourcing tools, digital recruitment platforms, or AI-enabled tools
