About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement advanced talent brand, attraction and engagement solutions.
Routinely scope, convert and own project delivery in the range of $25K-$100K.
Requires limited guidance from leaders on all core products and services.
Write strategic creative briefs with limited oversight and to director satisfaction.
Gather Market and Talent intelligence to develop strategies.
Measure and maximize ROI on all projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is required (either RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency).
Strong understanding of talent marketing at least one key area is required, EVP/Employer brand strategy, advertising, social media, recruitment marketing technology.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
